- Early in the Fall Semester, Reanon and her family came to visit Carson-Newman College. Reanon wanted to major in Biology, and Carson-Newman provided a nationally recognized program where she could develop both academically and professionally.

- Reanon soon applied to C-N and was accepted based on her outstanding academic record and profile. Her family quickly submitted the C-N 4caster in order to receive an early C-N Award Letter. Within a few weeks, Reanon received her official C-N Award Letter as part of the First Choice Program. Carson-Newman's First Choice Scholarships made college affordable for Reanon and her family. Now, instead of worrying about her college decision, Reanon is enjoying her senior year knowing soon she'll be a Carson-Newman Eagle.
