Open to 50 high school Brass students, this event features Carson-Newman University applied faculty: Ms. Brooke Ten Napal, horn. Mr. Joel Tillman, trumpet. Dr. Kyle Davidson, trombone. Dr. David Gonzalez, tuba/euphonium. This comprehensive day will help students develop a warm-up routine specific to these instruments, individual masterclasses, perform in a brass ensemble, and a free concert from current Carson-Newman brass studios
This clinic is open to all high school brass students
Your instrument and necessary accessories (mouthpieces, valve oil, etc.)
Pen/pencil and notebook for notes
Water bottle
Free parking will be available at the Tarr Music Center parking lot.
The clinic fee is $10 per person. Please register online by Wednesday, March 11th.
