Step into the world of Mary Poppins with a fun-filled day of Musical Theater at Carson-Newman! Participants will enjoy a group voice lesson, learn choreography from Mary Poppins show’s choreographer, and take part in an engaging stage combat session. The day also includes attending a live performance of Mary Poppins followed by a special talkback with the cast. Don’t miss this chance to experience the magic of musical theater at Carson-Newman!

8:30 - 9:00am: Check-in & Light Breakfast
9:00 - 9:30am: Greetings and Concert
9:30am - 12:30pm: Workshop Sessions
12:30 - 1:00pm: Talk-Back with Cast
1:00 - 2:00pm: Lunch (provided)
2:30pm: Matinee Performance (Gentry Auditorium)
5:00pm: Performance Concludes (approximate time)

Who Can Participate?

The workshop is open to all high school students.

Free parking will be available at the Tarr Music Center parking lot.
